Introduction

What is EurPsy?.

Europsy is the abbreviation for the EFPA trademarked title of Registered European psychologist, and represents a European benchmark standard of psychology knowledge and skills. It does not grant a licence to practise but can help to facilitate the mobility of qualified professionals across Europe. EuroPsy is a “European Certification in Psychology” which aims to provide a standard of academic and professional training that makes it known to clients, employers and colleagues that a psychologist is believed to have acquired the skills to provide psychological services.

Protect consumers and citizens in Europe through quality assurance and protect the public from unskilled service providers;

Promote the mobility of psychologists by allowing them to practice anywhere in Europe, as long as they have the appropriate qualifications;
